Returns & Exchanges

At JazzUpCo, we want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Decor

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
